There are slips for forty-five boats, plus over one hundred and fifty feet of floating docks, plus golf cart parking to get to and from your boats. In addition to this, there may be lots still available for custom home construction that has direct access to the waterways. These lots have the option, at construction of the home on them, for a private dock or private boat slip. Because of these added features, and the desire to roll out the northern part of the development first, these lots are premium, and are priced accordingly.
